We would like to emphasize that we are committed to you as much as we hope you are committed to us. If you must cancel we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable time to reschedule your appointment. If this is not possible we will return during your next scheduled time. Please provide 48hrs notice to make any changes to a scheduled appointment. If 48hrs is not provided, you will be charge the full amount of your cleaning. If a cancellation is made at the door, you will be charged for the full amount of your cleaning as well as an additional $25 fee for planning/travel expenses.
